HAPPENS WHEN I CALL IN AN ORDER TO BONA FOODS?
Our main office is open and able to receive telephone
orders from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
When placing an order it is helpful to have your customer
number ready. If you are unsure of the names of any
of the products being ordered, feel free to quote the
product codes or ask the order taker for assistance.
Our order takers are able to assist with most questions
about our products.
We request that our customers place their orders at
least one day prior to requested delivery date (ie.
do not expect same day delivery). For most customers
within the GTA, delivery is usually the following business
day after placing an order. See our current delivery
schedule for more details.

If your establishment has an assigned sales representative,
you should receive regular sales visits and calls. All
orders should be placed through your sales representative
who will be familiar with your particular needs. As
well, your representative can be instructed to observe
vacancies in your store’s self-serve bins and
place orders for what is necessary on your behalf.
Once your sales representative has your order, he/she
can then relay those orders to the office or factory
in batches to save time.
Our sales team is very knowledgeable about the products
that Bona Foods carries and can usually answer most
questions with ease. They can help determine which products
best suit your needs.
Emergency orders can be
called directly into the office if necessary.
