One of my favorite foods is a good old Italian salami sandwich. The bread or bun is important however what you put inside the bread is what really makes the sandwich. For this I use Bona foods salami, prosciutini and capocollo. I can only say that their taste and quality is absolutely fantastic. Their fresh sausage is also a treat on the barbeque and their cacciatore is great as well and is one of my favorites.
